He is a Mechanical Engineer by choice and an entrepreneur by passion. Mr. Joshi combined his technical acumen, market knowledge and risk-taking mindset to co-found Tekman India in 2007. He is led by his belief that successful engineering solutions are created by balancing science, creativity, and commercial viability in the right proportion.

He has over three decades of professional experience in business development, customer relationship management, and engineering-driven solution consulting. With his strong commercial understanding, strategic thinking, and customer-centric approach, he carved a niche in vacuum applications and advanced engineering solutions. Thus, building sustainable and value-driven solutions for customers across industries.
