Roles and Responsibilities:
Software Development
Design, develop, test, and maintain soŌware applicaƟons for VPS, HLTM, and VFS plaƞorms
Implement new features and enhancements based on business and customer requirements
Ensure soŌware performance, reliability, and scalability
Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution
Analyze and resolve software bugs, system errors, and performance issues
Provide root-cause analysis and implement permanent fixes
Support deployment, upgrades, and system maintenance activities
Customer Support
Provide technical support to customers and internal teams
Provide technical support to customers and internal teams
Assist in user training, documentation, and usage guidance when required
Software Standardization
Develop and maintain standardized coding practices and software development processes
Ensure compliance with internal standards, quality guidelines, and documentation norms
Contribute to continuous improvement of development and support workflows
Project Planning & Time Management
Participate in project planning, task estimation, and scheduling
Manage assigned tasks efficiently to meet project timelines
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution
Preferred candidate profile
Hands-on experience in software development for PLC/SCADA systems using Siemens and/or Mitsubishi platforms
Maintenance-only engineers should not be considered; the role requires active development, configuration, and programming experience
Strong knowledge of industrial communication and device integration
Experience working with multiple industrial communication protocols,
Proven ability to integrate and troubleshoot communication between PLCs and external devices
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Experience in technical documentation.

Developing new market and generating new business in the territory.
To lead the sales operations of the assigned territory & to achieve the revenue and profitability targets for the region.
Responsible for hiring, mentoring and retaining talent in the team.
Review and evaluate the team.
Maintaining relationship with Key accounts.
Planning to achieve the set targets in Sales through strategic analysis of product mix & market segment mix.
Negotiating, and closing mid/large sized business deals.
Developing customer base from pharma & chemical industry and identifying growth opportunities for long term objectives.
Gather competitor information, potential threats from competition and counter strategies to overcome them.
To motivate the team to undertake difficult challenges which will bring better results for the organization.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Candidates should possess good engineering knowledge & sound technical understanding.
Excellent Communication & Presentation skills are must.
Candidates with Electrical, Pharma, chemical, any industrial selling experience can apply.
