Business Development

• Achieving sales target as per the defined business plan.
• Developing new segments & new customers as per the business plan.

Sales Management

• Managing customer visits and daily/weekly basis.

Required Candidate profile

• Candidate having experience in selling special purpose machines- particularly in manufacturing process automation
• Candidate having experience in Helium Leak Testing and/or vacuum industry will be preferred.

  c. Computing taxes (TDS/TCS/GST) applicable as per the latest tax provisions.
• Accounts payable and Receivable
  a. Preparation of documents pertaining to export receipt and import payments for submission to bank.
  b. Perform Bank Reconciliations on weekly basis and ensure timely resolution of all open items in the bank reconciliation.
• Statutory Compliance
  a. Preparation of TDS and GST workings on a monthly basis for the purpose of compliance.
  b. Finalization of Internal & external audit.
• Reporting
  a. Reconciliation of books of accounts periodically with client and suppliers
  b. Preparation of GST returns, monthly and annually adherence to all GST regulations regarding payments and returns.
  c. Preparation of TDS returns and payment data in adherence to all TDS regulations

• Conceptional clarity of accounts and accounting principles
• Competence in MS Excel
