Software Development
Design, develop, test, and maintain soŌware applicaƟons for VPS, HLTM, and VFS plaƞorms
Implement new features and enhancements based on business and customer requirements
Ensure soŌware performance, reliability, and scalability
Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution
Analyze and resolve software bugs, system errors, and performance issues
Provide root-cause analysis and implement permanent fixes
Support deployment, upgrades, and system maintenance activities

Provide technical support to customers and internal teams

Experience working with multiple industrial communication protocols,
Proven ability to integrate and troubleshoot communication between PLCs and external devices

Roles and Responsibilities:
Conduct in-process inspection of fabricated parts as per drawing and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
Perform inspection of sub-assemblies and final assemblies as per General Arrangement Drawings (GAD) and P&ID.
Apply quality tools such as 7 QC tools, Why-Why analysis, and 8D for effective problem- solving.
Carry out final inspection and testing of systems in accordance with customer requirements.
Prepare and implement control plans and ensure adherence throughout the process.
Maintain proper documentation and records of inspections and tests conducted.
Assist in vendor assessment and vendor development in coordination with the purchase department.
Participate in and support implementation of 5S, KAIZEN, and other continuous improvement activities.
Monitor and verify surface preparation, blasting, painting, and powder coating quality, and maintain DFT check records.
Conduct supplier inspections to verify capability and compliance with requirements.
Coordinate with Production and Design teams to resolve quality concerns during manufacturing and contribute to continual improvement.

Developing and checking P&ID and operation philosophy to prepare the PLC programme after in-depth study of customer requirements.
Handling installation & commissioning and site activities for complex systems with the team.
Ensuring the closure of open points and obtaining signed commissioning certificates from the customer.
Providing support to the Quality & Site team for Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) and Site Acceptance Test (SAT).
Evaluating and resolving equipment-related issues on the equipment/s.
Maintaining good relationship with the customer.
Managing all department-related documentation.
Regular customer interaction, online technical support, and timely attention to inquiries, concerns, and requests.
Preparing and handling all project-related documentation such as BOM, FAT report, open- point closure report, design approval documents, etc.
Planning and ensuring the development of the teams skills for their growth as well as the companys growth.
Preferred candidate profile
Should be playing a managerial role in the current organization with a team of minimum 4 engineers.
Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a managerial position.
Should be quality- and result-oriented, with the ability to plan and allocate work independently.
Conversant with electro-mechanical equipment, electrical circuit diagrams, and pneumatic circuit diagrams.
Must be able to understand operation philosophy and P&ID.
Should be very good at identifying the root cause of problems.
Should have basic awareness of working on PLC/SCADA-based systems such as Siemens, Mitsubishi, etc.
